Richardson City Plan Commission Meeting June 4th, 2024

Six of the seven regular commissioners are present, Chair Marsh, Vice-Chair Southard, Commissioner Costantino, Commissioner Keller, Commissioner Beach, and Commissioner Bohnsack. One alternate, Rebecca Poynter, is also present and will participate. Commissioner Roberts is absent.

Minutes of the previous meeting are approved unanimously.

The only item on tonight’s agenda is a public hearing on ZF 24-12, a special permit request for a special event center use in the shopping center at E. Campbell and N. Plano Rd. Staff presents a background. Party Street is the name of the business. They will be open to host parties and special events on weekends from 10 – 10. No correspondence has been received on this request. The applicants present a video and explain their business. No speakers are present for this hearing. Chair Marsh clarifies the operating hours and occupancy limitations with the applicant. The CPC unanimously recommends approval, and the meeting adjourns.
